You must be at least 21 years old to register and use 711bit. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to all online gambling in the Philippines.
711bit operates under PAGCOR license and is governed by Philippine law. These Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Each player may hold only one 711bit account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting or collusion — voids all associated winnings and may lead to account termination.
You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your credentials confidential. 711bit will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or chat.

1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the 711bit platform, including all games, betting services, promotional features, customer support interactions, and financial transactions conducted through 711bit.
1.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 711bit platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting 711bit customer support.
1.3 711bit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.4 These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion terms, and the 711bit Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the 711bit platform. This requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gambling. 711bit strictly enforces this age restriction and employs age verification procedures at registration.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 711bit platform is operated under PAGCOR license and is made available to eligible players in the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to use the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of 711bit is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. If you are subject to a self-exclusion order, a court order restricting gambling, or a PAGCOR exclusion, you are not permitted to register or maintain an account on the 711bit platform.
2.4 Employees. Directors, employees, and contractors of 711bit and its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in games or promotions on the platform.
3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 711bit platform. Holding multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 711bit reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit all account balances including deposits, bonuses, and winnings.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You must promptly update your account information if any registered details change.
3.3 Verification. 711bit reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID (UMID, SSS ID, passport, driver's license, PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of ownership of registered payment methods (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. 711bit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify 711bit support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.5 Account Transfer. Your 711bit account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, gifting, transferring, or otherwise dealing with your account to any third party is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 711bit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and other payment methods as published on the platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Deposit Requirements. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 or such amount as published on the 711bit platform. Deposits are subject to processing by the relevant payment service provider and may be subject to their own terms and limits.
4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your name and verified on your 711bit account. 711bit reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 or such amount as published on the platform.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. 711bit is committed to full compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations and PAGCOR reporting requirements. 711bit reserves the right to suspend accounts, delay withdrawals, and report transactions to AMLC as required by applicable law. Deposits must not originate from proceeds of illegal activity.
4.5 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that have been inactive (no login or financial transaction) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as published on the platform. You will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.
5.1 All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by 711bit are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms set out in this section apply to all promotions unless specifically overridden by the promotion's individual terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 711bit actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting technical errors, coordinated multi-account play, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and any other activity that 711bit determines to be contrary to the spirit of its promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, 711bit reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings and close the associated accounts.
5.4 Promotional Changes. 711bit may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
6.1 All games available on the 711bit platform are operated in accordance with their respective published game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and the underlying game software, the software outcome shall govern unless a manifest technical error has occurred.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All 711bit casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted from real studios under CCTV monitoring in accordance with provider and PAGCOR standards.
6.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during game play, 711bit reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the applicable stakes to the players' accounts. 711bit is not liable for losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Collusion and Cheating. Any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated tools (bots), exploitation of software bugs, or other conduct that disrupts fair game play is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
In addition to the conduct prohibited elsewhere in these Terms, the following are expressly forbidden on the 711bit platform:
8.1 All content on the 711bit platform — including but not limited to software, game code, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation thereof — is the property of 711bit or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 711bit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.
9.1 711bit's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the 711bit Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at 711bit.vip/privacy-policy.
9.2 By using the 711bit platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including disclosure to PAGCOR, AMLC, and other regulatory bodies as required by Philippine law.
10.1 711bit is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your account settings or by contacting 711bit support.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the 711bit platform at any time by contacting customer support. A permanent self-exclusion request is irrevocable for a minimum period of five (5) years. During any active self-exclusion period, 711bit will use reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening new accounts.
10.3 21+ Restriction. 711bit strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all deposits returned (where possible), and the matter reported to PAGCOR in accordance with our regulatory obligations.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 711bit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of winnings attributable to technical errors.
11.2 711bit's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you to your 711bit account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 711bit's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
12.1 711bit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any applicable law or regulatory direction.
12.2 On termination for breach, 711bit reserves the right to forfeit your account balance, including any bonus funds, and to withhold or recover any winnings derived from prohibited conduct.
12.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting 711bit customer support. Any genuine balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with withdrawal procedures.
711bit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact information on their account (SMS, email, or in-platform notification) at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR directive or applicable law. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Any dispute arising from your use of the 711bit platform shall first be submitted to 711bit customer support for attempted resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within thirty (30) days, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Assistance Unit in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures.
14.3 Subject to the foregoing, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the above processes.
